The fixing device is provided with three main parts, i.e. a sealing object (2), the sleeves (3, 18) used for embedding the sealing object (2) and one or more flexible parts such as film layers (4, 22, 23), wherein the sleeves (3, 8) are arranged on the inner side part of each of the film layers (4, 22, 23), and the outer side part of each of the film layers (4, 22, 23) is mounted on the walls (1, 24) or other structures. With the fixing device, the movement of the embedded cables or pipes in each direction is absorbed by the film layers (4, 22, 23), and the vibration of the cables and the pipes is also absorbed by the film layers.
