The converter is connected with a variable-frequency motor through a motor starting switch. The variable-frequency motor is provided with a speed-testing sensor, and the speed-testing sensor is connected with the rotation speed display. The controlled sub circuit comprises a switch detecting normally open contact, a control push button and a motor starting relay which are sequentially connected in series.
