Abstract

The invention relates to a compound pesticide, which is characterized in that: the compound pesticide is prepared by compounding quinalphos and indoxacarb in a weight ratio of 1-65:1, and sum of the weight of the quinalphos and indoxacarb is 2 to 80 percent of total weight of a composition. The compound pesticide can be prepared into common formulations such as emulsifiable solution, emulsion in water, microemulsion, suspending agents, oil suspending agents, wettable powder, or water dispersible granules and the like. The compound preparation has obvious synergism, achieves the aim of making up for deficiencies of single pesticide per se, retards pesticide resistance of pests, improves pesticide effect, enlarges control spectrum, reduces dosage per mu and the production cost of the pesticide, and reduces pollution to environment. The pesticide composition can be used for controlling agricultural pests, and is particularly suitable for controlling the pests on paddy rice and cotton.
