Abstract

The invention provides an over-water running method. In the invention, barrel-shaped objects with downward openings, which are called as gas water-pressing devices are respectively fixed on the shoes in which two feet are placed; when one foot is stepped into water, gas explosion occurs in the gas water-pressing device under the foot, gas thermal expansion caused by explosion drives water entering the gas water-pressing device to spray downwards, the reacting force generated by water spray owing to explosion supports the whole weight of a human body; meanwhile, the other foot is quickly stepped into water from the upper side of a water surface; and the two feet moves forwards alternately, the gas water-pressing devices under the two feet explode alternately, and the reacting forces generated by water spray owing to explosions alternately bear the body weight, thereby completing overwater running. The over-water running shoes provided by the invention consist of sports shoes, absorbers and the gas water-pressing devices, wherein the absorbers are arranged under the sports shoes, and the gas water-pressing devices are arranged under the absorbers; each gas water-pressing device consists of a barrel, an automatic air door, a pendulum igniter and a gas generator; and the gas generator produces ethyne gas, and the adopted raw materials are calcium carbide and water.
