The composition is characterized by consisting of the following materials in part by weight: 20 to 30 parts of root of Chinese pulsatilla, 15 to 25 parts of ash bark, 20 to 30 parts of golden thread, 15 to 25 parts of amur corktree bark, 15 to 25 parts of red halloysite, 15 to 25 parts of poppy shell, 15 to 25 parts of eugenia jambos L, 15 to 25 parts of thinleaf adina fruit, 15 to 25 parts of fortune loosestrife herb, 15 to 25 parts of alternanthera nodiflora, 10 to 20 parts of plant soot and 5 to 15 parts of cockscomb flower, wherein the composition is prepared by the following steps of: adding 1,200 parts of water; decocting the mixture for 3 times; filtering, recovering and taking the decoction; bottling the decoction; and sterilizing the decoction at a high temperature for later use.
