The invention relates to a photochromic printing process of a real wax clothing material, which sequentially comprises the following steps of: turning and sewing, singeing, desizing, mercerizing, reeling white cloth, wax-printing, dying Indian blue, dewaxing, rope-washing, reeling printed cloth, printing, baking and tentering. The process is characterized in that in the printing step, the dying slurry is prepared by the steps of: weighing 70 weight parts of dyeing and printing adhesives, adding 10 weight parts of elastic white glue, adding 3 weight parts of thickening agent, adding 0.5-8 weight parts of fluorescent paint, and finally adding 10 weight parts of photochromic paint, wherein the materials are added under stirring; and adding the prepared dyeing slurry into a circular screen ofa printing machine to complete printing, feeding printed gray cloth into a baking machine for baking, and continuously baking for 2.5min at the temperature of 160 DEG C. The color of shell fabrics produced by adopting the process in the invention can change reversibly in a progressive multicolor mode through the temperature changes of body temperatures, places, wind and the sun.
