Abstract

The invention relates to bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) virus water dispersible granules (WDGs), which are synthesized from quantitative Bt virus solution and quantitative inactive substances, wherein the virus content in the Bt virus solution is 1,000 to 2,000IU / g; and the inactive substances comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 15 percent of wetting agent, 0.5 to 15 percent of dispersant, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of disintegrating-assisted agent and the balance of carriers. Besides, an adhesive can be also added into the WDG, wherein the adhesive is added in an amount which is 0.1 to 0.5 percent based on the total weight of the inactive substances, and consists of one or more than two of starch, carboxymethyl cellulose and xanthan gum. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: calculating and preparing the Bt virus solution and every inactive substance according to the weight percentage; adsorbing and drying the Bt virus solution by using the carriers; mixing and crushing; and pelletizing by adding water to obtain a finished product finally. The Bt virus WDGs contribute to using Bt viruses at any time, are suspended after being dispersed, do not cause dust pollution and hardly causes harm to human bodies during use, has high fluidity, is not caked or stuck to walls, and has high storage stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-dispersible granule of bacillus thuringiensis (BT) virus and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) preparations are currently the most widely used microbial insecticides in the world. Because Bt preparations have many advantages compared with chemical pesticides, they are non-polluting to the environment and relatively safe to other organisms, so they play an important role in the sustainable control of pests and the protection of biodiversity. Therefore, it plays an important role in the sustainable control of pests and the protection of biodiversity. [0003] In the practice of forestry production, when Bt preparations are used to prevent and control pests such as pine caterpillars, spring inchworms, gypsy moths, monnieri moths, and canopy caterpillars that occur in early spring in northern my country, there are still problems such as unstable control effects, slow in...
