Embodiment Construction

[0050] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the implementation manner of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0051] In order to improve robustness and versatility, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cell division sequence detection method, see figure 1 , see the description below:

[0052] 101: Obtaining the first cell division candidate region and extracting the cell division candidate sequence based on the salient features of the cell division region and the temporal-spatial correlation characteristics;

[0053] Among them, in the microscope image, the cell division area usually appears as a high-brightness area relative to other areas in the microscope image, so this remarkable feature can be used to roughly locate the position of the cell division candidate sequence in each image.

[0054] Among them, this step is specifical...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cell division sequence detection method, belonging to the field of image analysis and mode recognition. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a first cell division candidate region by a cell division region distinguishing feature and space time correlation feature based method and extracting a cell division candidate sequence; describing the first cell division candidate region through a direction gradient histogram and converting the cell division candidate sequence into a characteristic vector sequence through characteristic extraction; and recognizing the cell division sequence through learning and deducing of a hidden conditional random field model according to the characteristic vector sequence. The method does not depend on experiential image processing; robustness and universality are improved by complex cell tracking and biological knowledge about specific cell morphology, behavior law and the like; and thus, the method can be widely applied to automatic understanding and detection of a cell behavior in a microscope image sequence.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of image analysis and pattern recognition, in particular to a cell division sequence detection method. Background technique [0002] In biological research, the relationship between cell growth law and external environmental factors is still an unsolved mystery. Biologists hope to use the method of culturing cells in vitro to analyze the lineage relationship of cells by monitoring the cell growth process, mine and calculate biological parameters related to cell growth at different times, and use them for quantitative analysis of cell growth process, so as to This question is explored. However, due to factors such as the large number of cells and complex behaviors in biological experiments, it is unrealistic to monitor the cell growth process and analyze the cell lineage relationship for a long time by manpower. In order to overcome this difficulty, computer vision methods are used to automatically analyze and unders...
