Abstract

The invention provides application of linoleic acid in preparing a human papillomavirus resisting (HPV) medicament. In the application, the linoleic acid can be a soluble solution prepared by using linoleic acid, or an extract extracted from natural plants. The linoleic acid has trend of inhibiting Hacat cell multiplication, and the inhibiting trend of the linoleic acid increases along with extension of the acting time of the medicament. Polymerase chain reaction experiments and cytological experiments prove that the linoleic acid has HPV resistance, and plays a role in treating condyloma acuminata (CA).
