Example Embodiment

[0022] Specific implementation mode 1. Combination figure 1 and figure 2 Describe this embodiment, a kind of near-infrared spectral region Xinjiang red jujube quality classification modeling method, this method is realized by the following steps:

[0023] Step 1. Selecting jujubes with similar appearance characteristics and main components as the same batch of jujube samples to obtain the quality characteristics of the jujube samples;

[0024] Step 2: Perform near-infrared spectral scanning on the red jujube samples of the same batch described in step 1 one by one to obtain a spectrogram of a single red jujube sample, analyze the spectrogram of the single red jujube sample, and obtain the near-infrared spectrum of the same batch of red jujube samples. Average infrared spectrum;

[0025] Step 3: Screen the near-infrared spectrum of the red jujube sample obtained in step 2, and determine whether the difference between the spectrum of a single red jujube sample and the average...

Example Embodiment

[0033] Specific embodiment 2. Combination Figure 3 to Figure 7 Describe this embodiment, which is an example of a method for classifying the quality of Xinjiang red jujube in the near-infrared spectral region described in Embodiment 1:

[0034] Take red dates as an example to verify:

[0035] 1. Before modeling, if the appearance quality of red jujube samples is heavy, size, color, etc., after preliminary selection of red jujube, the same batch of samples subdivided by each physical index will be subdivided by spectral scanning, and the characteristic factors will be encoded. A near-infrared spectral sub-model was established; three primary sub-model libraries of fresh jujube green, fresh jujube red, and dried jujube cracked fruit were established by this method;

[0036]2. Established that the peak at the crack of dried jujube is about 10170cm -1 (983.2nm), the better descriptor model of this data provides a more accurate spectral space; the Xinjiang red jujube dried jujub...

Abstract

The invention discloses a modeling method for grading quality of Xinjiang red dates in a near infrared range, which relates to modeling methods for grading quality of natural products in the near infrared range, and solves the problem that the prior randomly selected red date sample near infrared ranges differ greatly, main spectrum characteristic factors influencing spectrum change cannot be separated, and consequently, the grading modeling effect is poor. The modeling method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: initially choosing appearance characteristics of samples, then, scanning the red date samples of same batch one by one; obtaining average spectrum of the batch of red date samples after performing proper spectrum treatment, and comparing the average spectrum with an original sample spectrum chart to screen the samples according to similarity so as to select the samples with greater spectrum difference, performing spectrum scanning again on the residual samples, and repeatedly adjusting and gradually subdividing the residual samples, until the spectrum difference of the batch of samples is in a needed accuracy range; and encoding the separated characteristic factors to create a sub-model. With the method, the characteristic factors of the Xinjiang red dates are successfully separated, and the sub-model is successfully created, so that the method provided by the invention is suitable for grading the quality of fruits, such as red dates, apples, pears and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a modeling method for grading the quality of natural products in the near-infrared spectral region, in particular to a method for grading the quality of Xinjiang red dates in the near-infrared spectral region. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared spectroscopy has been widely used in food, industry, agriculture and many other fields by virtue of its unique advantages of rapid and non-destructive testing. The appearance quality, size and color of red dates are also a reflection of the internal quality. Due to the large difference in the near-infrared spectra of randomly selected jujube samples, there are many factors that cause the spectral differences, and even the law of their changes cannot be obtained. Repeatability and quality, establish the corresponding relationship between these appearance qualities and near-infrared spectroscopy through an effective method, and then find out an evaluation method for rapid, non-des...
