Example Embodiment

[0023] Example 1: Prepare 1000 grams of disinfectant medical ultrasonic coupling agent.

[0024] First, weigh 4 grams of 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether and 20 grams of polyethylene glycol. Dissolve 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether completely in polyethylene glycol. Keep in the glycol solution for later use;

[0025] Secondly, weigh 70 grams of glycerin, add the polyethylene glycol solution of 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether to glycerin, stir evenly, and set aside for later use;

[0026] Again, weigh enough 6 grams of carbomer and 0 grams of sodium polyacrylate, and disperse the carbomer in 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether, polyethylene glycol, and glycerol. In the liquid, stir evenly to obtain the alcohol phase mixture of carbomer;

[0027] Finally, weigh 894 grams of deionized water and 6 grams of trichloroethanolamine, slowly add the alcohol phase mixture to the deionized water while stirring, and stir evenly, then add trichloroethanolamine to adjust ...

[0028] Example 2: Preparation of 1000 grams of disinfectant medical ultrasonic coupling agent.

[0029] First, weigh 40 grams of 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol and 50 grams of polyethylene glycol, dissolve 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol in polyethylene glycol solution completely, and leave it aside spare;

[0030] Secondly, weigh 50 grams of glycerin, add the polyethylene glycol solution of 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol to the glycerin, stir evenly, and set aside for later use;

[0031] Once again, weigh enough 3 grams of carbomer and 7 grams of sodium polyacrylate, and disperse carbomer and sodium polyacrylate in 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol, polyethylene glycol, and glycerin. In the alcohol mixture, stir evenly to obtain the alcohol phase mixture of carbomer;

[0032] Finally, weigh 846 grams of deionized water and 4 grams of trichloroethanolamine, slowly add the alcohol phase mixture to the deionized water while stirring, and stir evenly, then add the trichloroethanolamine to adjust the pH...

[0033] Example 3: Preparation of 1000 grams of disinfectant medical ultrasonic coupling agent.

[0034] First, weigh 20 grams of 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol, 2 grams of 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether, 40 grams of polyethylene glycol, and mix 4-chloro-3 ,5-Dimethylphenol and 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether are completely dissolved in polyethylene glycol solution and kept for later use;

[0035] Next, weigh 100 grams of glycerol, and add the polyethylene glycol solution of 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol and 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether to the glycerol , Stir evenly, set aside for later use;

[0036] Once again, weigh a sufficient amount of 4 grams of carbomer and 10 grams of sodium polyacrylate, and disperse the carbomer and sodium polyacrylate in 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol, polyethylene glycol, and glycerol. In the alcohol mixture, stir evenly to obtain the alcohol phase mixture of carbomer;

[0037] Finally, weigh 819 grams of deionized water and 5 grams of...

Abstract

The invention relates to a medical ultrasonic couplant capable of disinfection and sterilization and a preparation technology thereof. The couplant comprises ingredients of, by weight, 0.2-0.6% of carbomer, 0.0-5% of sodium polyacrylate, 2-20% of glycerol, 0.2-6% of polyethylene glycol, 0.3-5% of bactericide, 0.1-5% of trichloroethanolamine and the balance of deionized water. The technology mainly comprises the following steps: weighing components according to a formula and completely dissolving a bactericide in a polyethylene glycol solution; then adding the polyethylene glycol solution of the bactericide into glycerol, and stirring uniformly; then respectively dispersing carbomer and sodium polyacrylate in a mixture of the bactericide, the polyethylene glycol and the glycerol to obtain an alcohol phase mixture of carbomer and sodium polyacrylate; at last, slowly adding the alcohol phase mixture into the deionized water with stirring, then adding a proper amount of trichloroethanolamine to adjust a pH to 5.5-8.0 to obtain a white or colorless transparent gel, and loading to obtain the medical ultrasonic couplant capable of disinfection and sterilization. The product has the functions of an ultrasonic couplant and the effect of disinfection and sterilization at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical ultrasonic coupling agent, in particular to a medical ultrasonic coupling agent which has the function of disinfecting and sterilizing an ultrasonic probe and an examination site of a patient and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] The advent of medical ultrasonography is a major breakthrough in the medical field. However, since the propagation of sound waves in different media will cause attenuation, especially in the air, in order to obtain a satisfactory ultrasonic image, there needs to be a coupling substance between the ultrasonic probe and the detected part. The function of the medical ultrasonic couplant is to strengthen the ultrasonic probe. and the coupling between the human body surface. The 2008 version of the "Medical Ultrasonic Coupling Agent Industry Standard" stipulates that medical ultrasonic coupling agent is a water-soluble gel, which is defined as: in ultrasonic diagnosis a...
