The invention relates to two kinds of rice seed treating agents combined with insecticide and bactericide, and application of the combined rice seed treating agents. The effective components of the combined rice seed treating agent of one kind comprise tebuconazole, fluazinam and cartap, wherein the mass ratio of the tebuconazole to the fluazinam to the cartap is (1-40): (1-40): (1-40) and is preferably (1-3): (1-5): (1-6). The effective components of the combined rice seed treating agent of the other kind comprise tebuconazole, fludioxonil and cartap, wherein the mass ratio of the tebuconazole to the fludioxonil to the cartap is (1-30): (1-30): (1-30) and is preferably (1-2): (1-2): (1-5). To calculate by mass percentage, the total content of the effective components, i.e. the tebuconazole, the fluazinam or the fludioxonil and the cartap in a preparation is 1-90 percent. By adding conventional additives into the effective components of the two kinds of combined rice seed treating agents, agricultural commonly-used preparations can be processed. The combined rice seed treating agents provided by the invention can effectively prevent and control rice seed-borne diseases such as Fusarium moniliforme Sheld and Aphelenchoides besseyi, and soil-borne diseases such as rice blight and pythium rot by adopting a seed coating method, a seed immersing method, a seed dressing method and a seed bud treatment method.

The biogas slurry is available, the production cost is low, and the method is simple and is easy to operate. According to the method disclosed by the invention, less mould is grown on the surfaces of the seeds bred by adopting the method, germination is fast, the germinating capacity is high, the germination rate is high, the soaking time is 15-90 minutes only, only 30-46% of the surfaces of the seeds mould, the germination rate reaches 85.3-95.1%, all the seeds are white and germinate within 3-4 days, and favourable conditions are created for rapidly multiplying a lignum sappan rare tree, thus the method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of better economic benefit and social benefit.
