Problems solved by technology

However, hematoxylin seeds have a hardening phenomenon and are not easy to absorb water and swell. During the germination process, mold is easy to grow on the surface of the seeds, which affects germination. Under natural conditions, the germination rate is below 30%.

Embodiment 1

[0021] Select a 15-year-old strong and fine single mother tree, collect seeds in October every year, use a hook knife to collect pods whose outer testa has turned yellowish brown to dark brown, expose to the sun for 2 days, pound the pods with wooden sticks, and peel off the buds Packed in cloth bags for dry storage. Choose a biogas digester that is in normal operation and produce gas. Let the biogas slurry be fully exposed to the air 2 days before soaking the seeds, stir it once a day, and then remove the scum on the surface of the biogas slurry to ensure that the color of the biogas slurry is dark brown. Measure the pH value of the biogas slurry at 7.0, put 20kg of biogas slurry in a 50kg plastic bucket, add 20kg of water to dilute. Put the hematoxylin seeds that have been exposed to the sun for 1 day in a cloth bag with good air permeability, and tie them tightly. Each bag of seeds is about 1kg, and placed in the diluted biogas slurry heated to 60°C. Pass the cloth bag 10c...

[0023] Choose a 16-year-old strong and fine single mother tree, collect seeds in September every year, use a hook knife to collect pods whose outer testa has turned yellowish brown to dark brown, expose them to the sun for 1 day, beat the pods with wooden sticks, and peel off the buds Packed in cloth bags for dry storage. Choose a biogas digester that is in normal operation and produce gas. Let the biogas slurry be fully exposed to the air one day before soaking the seeds, stir it twice a day, and then remove the scum on the surface of the biogas slurry to ensure that the color of the biogas slurry is dark brown. Measure the pH value of the biogas slurry at 7.5, put 25kg of biogas slurry in a 50kg plastic bucket, add 15kg of water to dilute. Put the hematoxylin seeds that have been exposed to the sun for 1.5 days in a cloth bag with good air permeability, and tie them tightly. Each bag of seeds is about 1kg, and placed in the diluted biogas slurry heated to 55°C. Pass the clo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating, breeding and sprouting lignum sappan seeds by utilizing a biogas slurry. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting seeds of a single lignum sappan mother tree, drying the seeds in the sun, soaking the lignum sappan seeds into the biogas slurry at low temperature during breeding, sprouting at normal temperature, cleaning the seeds which mould, and seeding after the seeds are white, wherein the biogas slurry is black brown and has no obvious odour of pig manure water, the biogas slurry is fully exposed in the air before the seeds are soaked, floating slags on surface of the biogas slurry are eliminated, then clear water is added to dilute until concentration of the biogas slurry is 50-75%, and the diluted biogas slurry is taken as the biogas slurry used for soaking the seeds. The biogas slurry is available, the production cost is low, and the method is simple and is easy to operate. According to the method disclosed by the invention, less mould is grown on the surfaces of the seeds bred by adopting the method, germination is fast, the germinating capacity is high, the germination rate is high, the soaking time is 15-90 minutes only, only 30-46% of the surfaces of the seeds mould, the germination rate reaches 85.3-95.1%, all the seeds are white and germinate within 3-4 days, and favourable conditions are created for rapidly multiplying a lignum sappan rare tree, thus the method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of better economic benefit and social benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant breeding, and relates to a method for treating biogas slurry of hematoxylin seeds for breeding and accelerating germination. Background technique [0002] Sumac (Caesalpinia sappan Linn) is a small deciduous tree of the Hemataceae family, which is a precious tree species. The branches can extract valuable red dyes and yellow dyes. The wood is diffuse-porous, hard, heavy, red, with a small dry shrinkage coefficient, high-quality wood, and is an excellent material for making high-end musical instruments. The xylem contains a colorless primary pigment - brazilian hematoxylin, with a content of about 2%, which is oxidized into brazilian hematoxylin when it encounters air; it also contains hematoxylin, which can be used as a dye and an organic reagent for checking aluminum ions; it also contains volatile oil. Dried heartwood is used for medicinal purposes and can be used as a blood purifying agent, whic...
