According to the method disclosed by the invention, less mould is grown on the surfaces of the seeds bred by adopting the method, germination is fast, the germinating capacity is high, the germination rate is high, the soaking time is 15-90 minutes only, only 30-46% of the surfaces of the seeds mould, the germination rate reaches 85.3-95.1%, all the seeds are white and germinate within 3-4 days, and favourable conditions are created for rapidly multiplying a lignum sappan rare tree, thus the method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of better economic benefit and social benefit.
