Compared with the prior art, the isothermal transformation furnace substitutes at least two grades of heat isolating transformation furnaces; the number of transformation furnaces is reduced; equipment investment and catalyst cost are saved; in addition, a transformation procedure is short, resistance is small, energy consumption is low and operation is stable.

The catalyst of the present invention not only plays the role of catalytic reaction, but also increases the interphase mass transfer area; the present invention improves the mass transfer efficiency and the separation efficiency of the reactive distillation process.
