Embodiment Construction

[0020] Before describing the embodiments of the present invention, relevant terms used in the description of the present invention are explained firstly.

[0021] Geological horizon interpretation: use logging data to calibrate the geological age horizon to the seismic data, and then perform horizontal tracking on the seismic data according to the seismic reflection characteristics, and complete horizon identification on the entire seismic data. This process is called geological horizon interpretation .

[0022] Fault interpretation: through the seismic reflection characteristics of the seismic data, the position of the faults on each seismic section is determined, and then the faults are combined in space to complete the planar and spatial distribution of the faults. This process is called fault interpretation.

[0023] Surveying line: During two-dimensional construction, connect the various devices of the collected data to form a two-dimensional line, called the surveying li...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seismic attribute extracting method for a geologic structure containing an over-thrust fault. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) performing geologic horizon interpretation and fault interpretation by using an over-thrust fault-containing seismic interpretation method; (b) connecting a corresponding geologic horizon and a corresponding fault to form a new horizon; (c) performing upper and lower layer connection on the new horizon along the position of the fault to form a closed fault block or horizon connection; and (d) calculating the seismic attribute according to the formed fault block and horizon. Because the upper and lower walls of the horizon can be simultaneously calculated by the method, at least 1 / 2 of workload can be saved; and because thedata of the lower wall of the horizon is reliable and can be used for predicting a reservoir stratum, the predictable area is enlarged. The boundary of the reservoir stratum controlled by the fault is obvious. The method can solve the problem of over-thrust fault-containing seismic attribute extraction, and has direct effect on reservoir stratum prediction, oil gas detection and the like in corresponding oil gas exploratory development.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting seismic attributes in the field of oil and gas exploration and development, in particular to a method for extracting seismic attributes of geological structures containing overthrust faults in the field of oil and gas exploration and development. Background technique [0002] Seismic attribute extraction technology is an important reservoir prediction technology in seismic exploration, which plays a very important role in identifying the spatial distribution area of reservoirs. [0003] Seismic attributes are new volume data or horizon data obtained by subjecting the original seismic data to certain mathematical transformations or a combination of mathematical transformations. The distribution of new data features in the vertical or horizontal direction is more intuitive than the original seismic data. It reflects the distribution law of the reservoir or the fluid-containing law of the reservoir, and p...
