The sample pretreatment system is characterized in that the liquid discharge pipe is provided with two outlets, wherein one of the two outlets is a liquid discharge port and the other one of the two outlets is an exhaust port; the liquid discharge port is connected with the waste liquid discharge pipeline; a gas-liquid separation tank is arranged between the waste liquid discharge pipeline and the waste liquid collection system; the mounting elevation of the gas-liquid separation tank is lower than that of an oxygen analyzer; the gas outlet of the gas-liquid separation tank is communicated with the atmosphere through a gas pipeline; the liquid outlet of the gas-separation tank is connected with the waste liquid collection system; and the exhaust port is connected with the gas pipeline through an exhaust pipe.
