The present invention provides a remote management device and a management method thereof, wherein the remote management device is coupled between a hand-held electronic device and a plurality of computers. The remote management device comprises the following components: a plurality of connecting interfaces, a network transmission/receiving module, a switching module and a converting module. The hand-held electronic device changes the operation to a web browser or other application program according to a gravity sensing result which is sensed at a certain time and generates a request signal. The switching module is switched to a connecting interface in the plurality of connecting interfaces according to the request signal for coupling with one computer in the plurality of computers. The converting module receives an image from the computer through the connecting interface and converts the image to at least one static image. The network transmission/receiving module transmits partial or total static image to the hand-held electronic device for displaying partial or total static image on the hand-held electronic device.
