The invention relates to a method for preparing a cultured myxomycete complex from an original myxomycete complex, which comprises the following two steps of: 1, obtaining an original myxomycete complex strain from the first-class original myxomycete complex; and 2, cultivating a cultured myxomycete complex strain, i.e. on the basis of the the original myxomycete complex strain, obtaining the cultured myxomycete complex strain after carrying out cultivation of a primary myxomycete complex strain and cultivation of a secondary myxomycete complex strain, wherein a formula of a culture medium required in the process of cultivating the primary myxomycete complex strain comprises the following components in part by weight: 5 grams of glucose, 0.5 grams of royal jelly, 50 grams of lentinus edodes, 50 grams of ganoderma lucidum, 1 gram of peptone, 0.3 gram of beef extract, 2 grams of agar and 0.5 gram of NacL, and a formula of a culture medium required in the process of cultivating the secondary myxomycete complex strain comprises the following components in part by weight: 50 grams of ganoderma lucidum, 20 grams of cordyceps sinensis, 20 grams of lycium barbarum, 100 grams of lentinus edodes, 50 grams of ginseng, 250 grams of honey, 35 grams of dogbane leaf, 5 grams of sodium chloride and 10 grams of corn agar.
