Degree of coupling between functions is reduced by means of the modular design, man-computer interaction practicality and humanized using experiences of the charge metering system are enhanced by means of the output port, and functional expanding of hardware can be realized as an expanding space is reserved for the system. High integration level and intelligent level of the system are achieved due to the automatic updating and maintenance functions of the system.
