bus station platforms, characterised in that it comprises a two-part sliding mechanism with more than one fold, based on upper rails (7) and double lower rails (4), wherein the upper rails (7) are rounded in order to allow angular fitting of the door and are located within profiles (13) that house the main components of the drive
system, such as a synchronising belt (10), a synchronising drive
pulley (9) and a smooth
pulley (14) for tensioning, and the double lower rails (4) are installed inverted, thus preventing the accumulation of
dirt and the
insertion of objects that could obstruct the movement of the door. The door
system incorporates multiple innovations that ensure safety, efficiency and versatility. It comprises proximity sensors, photoelectric barriers and
impact sensors in order to detect and respond to obstacles and attempted vandalism. It uses
artificial intelligence to automatically adjust its operation based on the flow of people, perform predictive diagnostics and, optionally, provide facial recognition. In terms of
sustainability, a regenerative motor and an economy mode improve energy efficiency. Its structure is reinforced against vandalism, with alarms and remote notifications, as well as being easy to maintain due to its
modular design. The door is also resistant to
adverse weather conditions and includes
accessibility features, such as tactile plates and audible signals. Additionally, the application of the
system can be extended to the logistics and residential sectors, operating respectively as an automated loading platform and as an intelligent gate.
