The invention discloses an adhesive film used for locating focus, comprising a protection layer, an adhesive film layer and a developing layer which are stacked successively from bottom to up, wherein the surface of the adhesive film layer is covered by the protection layer which is used for protecting the adhesive film layer before use; the surface of the adhesive film layer which is contacted with the protection layer is an adhesive surface and has dye which can leave scale marks on skin; the other surface of the adhesive film layer has visible scales; and the developing layer has lead scales which coincide with the scales of the adhesive film layer and covers the adhesive film to ensure smoothness of the adhesive film. The adhesive film has the following technical effects that by sticking the adhesive film near the focus of the patients, visible scales by naked eyes can be left on the patients and the lead scales can be clearly shown on X-ray plates during photographing by X-ray, so that the size of the focus can be accurately measured by virtue of X-ray transmission and doctors can locate surgical incisions according to the scales on patients by referring to the scales on the X-ray plate.
