Embodiment 1

[0024] The first step: natural pomegranate peel extraction

[0025] Extract fresh or dried natural pomegranate peels with deionized water. The extraction process is as follows: the solvent mass is 30 times the mass of pomegranate peels, the extraction temperature is 100°C, and the extraction time is 120 minutes;

[0026] Step 2: Filtration of pomegranate peel extract

[0027] The pomegranate peel extract is coarsely filtered with a 80-mesh metal screen to remove the filter residue;

[0028] The third step: centrifugation of pomegranate peel extract

[0029] Use a centrifuge to centrifuge the pomegranate peel extract at room temperature, with a rotating speed of 5000 rpm and a centrifugation time of 15 minutes, and collect the supernatant to obtain a transparent and clear pomegranate peel extract;

[0030] Step 4: Direct dyeing of wool and silk fabrics with pomegranate peel extract

Abstract

A totally non-toxic and environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet textile has a wide market prospect. The invention provides an ecological method for performing integrated dyeing and anti-ultraviolet function finishing on wool and silk textiles by adopting granatum extract solution. The ecological preparation method mainly comprises the following steps in turn: taking natural granatum; extracting; filtering; centrifugally separating; obtaining the granatum extract solution; and performing direct dyeing or aluminum ion and iron ion pre-intermediate dyeing and anti-ultraviolet function finishing on the wool and silk textiles by adopting the granatum extract solution. Compared with the wool textile and silk textile before being treated by using the granatum and the textile in same color after being dyed by using a synthetic dye, the wool textile and silk textile after being treated by using the granatum have the advantages of ultrahigh ultraviolet preventing coefficient and ultralow UVA (Ultraviolet A) and UVB (Ultraviolet B) transmissivity, namely, excellent anti-ultraviolet function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application field of plant extracts in textiles, in particular to the dyeing of pomegranate peel extracts on wool and silk fabrics and the anti-ultraviolet functional finishing, which belongs to the technical field of vegetable dye dyeing and functional finishing. Background technique [0002] With the development of industry, industrial waste gas leads to atmospheric pollution and ozone layer destruction. In the past, it was considered as a sunbathing for the pursuit of health, but now it has become a ruthless "sun killer" that threatens human health. The ozone layer is destroyed, the ultraviolet transmittance increases, and the probability of human beings suffering from skin cancer increases. Some experts predict that by the end of this century, the incidence of skin cancer will leap to the top of various diseases and become the number one killer of human beings. Therefore, people are vigorously researching UV radiation...
