Embodiment 1

[0014] The indole diketopiperazine derivatives are the indole diketopiperazine derivatives shown in formula (1) or formula (2), and the compounds of formula (1) and formula (2) are tetradehydroechinulin and didehydroechinulin respectively, All are known compounds of indole diketopiperazines.

[0015]

[0016] Among them, the preparation process of tetradehydroechinulin (Formula 1) and didehydroechinulin (Formula 2), known compounds of indole diketopiperazines, can be found in literatures Helv.Chim.Acta, 2012, 95, 163–168 and Helv.Chim.Acta, 2010, respectively. 93, recorded in 1758–1763.

Embodiment 2

[0017] Embodiment 2: insecticidal activity test

[0018] Artemia (brine shrimp), also known as saltwater Artemia, belongs to the phylum Arthropoda, Crustacea, Order Anocaria, Saltwater Artemia family, and the genus Artemia. As a model for insecticide screening, Artemia has been reported at home and abroad. Wang Zaiqiang et al. [Pesticides, 2011, 50(4):261–263] used Artemia as a model organism to evaluate the killing effect of 14 common insecticides. Insecticidal activity, the results show that the method of screening compounds with insecticidal activity with Artemia is simple and sensitive to a variety of insecticides with different mechanisms of action; Hu Zhiyu et al. Artemia was used as indicator organism to quickly screen compounds with insecticidal activity in marine actinomycetes; Blizzard T.A. et al [J.Antibiot,1989,42(8):1304–1307] used Artemia to quickly screen insecticide Avermella Analogues of the element. In conclusion, as a model organism for the determination o...

Abstract

The invention relates to microbial source pesticide, in particular to an application of indole diketopiperazine derivatives. The indole diketopiperazine derivatives can be used for preparing agricultural insecticide and are shown as a formula (1) or a formula (2). The indole diketopiperazine derivatives related by the invention are used as microbial source natural products, only contain four kinds of elements including carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, can be easily degraded in environment and have small influence on non-target organisms, particularly on natural enemy of pests and beneficial microorganisms. The formula (1) and the formula (2) are shown in the accompanying drawing.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to microbial source insecticide, specifically the application of a kind of indole diketopiperazine derivatives. Background technique [0002] According to the World Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the world's annual food loss due to pests and diseases is about 20%, cotton loss is about 30%, and fruit trees and vegetables are about 20%. Therefore, how to prevent and treat plant diseases more effectively has become a top priority. Among the many methods of prevention and control, chemical pesticide control plays an extremely important role. However, with the extensive use of chemical pesticides, the resistance of plant diseases and insect pests to them has become more and more obvious, which has also brought about problems such as environmental pollution, human and animal poisoning, and three causes (carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic). Compared with traditional chemically synthesized pesticides, biological ...
