It was found that FEL1a-AVB3 can produce SW through in vitro culture, indicating that it is involved in the mutant Astragalus membranaceus The biosynthesis of SW is closely related to the toxicity of mutated Astragalus. By inhibiting the growth of FEL1a-AVB3 in mutated Astragalus, the content of SW in mutated Astragalus can be reduced, so as to reduce the poisoning of mutated Astragalus in animals.
