The invention relates to a high-risk HPV (
human papillomavirus)-related
fusion protein. The high-risk HPV-related
fusion protein has an
amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 or SEQ ID NO. 3. According to the
fusion protein disclosed by the invention, by virtue of an
antigen epitope chimeric technology, specific immunogenic regions of various subtypes of 15 high-risk HPV are reserved, and interference among sequences is eliminated, so that a recombinant fusion
protein is obtained, and high-risk, low-risk and uninfected samples are distinguished by a single
protein, so that the
clinical diagnosis efficiency is improved, and the clinical application prospect is wide. Multiple operations of traditional
typing detection are replaced by single detection, the cost is reduced, and the detection time is shortened.
Fusion protein is used as an
immunogen immune animal, a single
B antibody preparation technology is adopted to screen antibodies with high and medium titers, a rapid test strip is prepared, and high-risk and low-
risk identification is conveniently and rapidly carried out on suspected HPV patients; when the detection result is negative, the patient is not infected or is only infected with low-risk HPV, and the patient is not infected with high-risk HPV, so that medical personnel can conveniently take further
typing detection, treatment and other measures in time.
