The section of the bottom surface of each cutter body is in an arc shape along the extending direction of the cutter groove, the section of the top surface of each regulating block is in an arc shape along the extending direction of the cutter groove, the top surface of the regulating block abuts against the bottom surface of the cutter body, and the bottom surface of the regulating bock is in a surface contact with the bottom of the cutter groove.
