Either the fingerprint of the total alkaloid components of the cortex mori radicis medicinal material or the fingerprint of the total alkaloid components of the cortex mori radicis extract is obtained by the building process, thereby comprehensively reflecting the total alkaloid active components in the cortex mori radicis medicinal material.
