The anti-chapping hand cream has the beneficial effects of promoting blood circulation and skin metabolism, arousing the cell viability, protecting the skin from being hurt by severe weather and ultraviolet rays, moistening and nourishing the skin, soothing irritation, preventing wrinkle, delaying senescence and enabling the skin to be fine, tender and smooth with elasticity.
