Sunscreen compositions are provided for protecting skin from sun-induced damage comprising (i) at least one UV-B or UV-A/UV-B sunblock active, (ii) at least one meroterpene and (iii) a dermatological acceptable carrier. Preferably, the sunblock active will be a UV-A/UV-B sunblock active or said sunscreen compositions will further comprise at least one UV-A sunblock active. Suitable meroterpenes include plant extracts having one or more meroterpene-enriched fractions, especially suited are Bakuchiol and derivatives of Bakuchiol. The invention discloses a degreasing liquid soap and a preparation method thereof. The liquid soap is prepared from active components such as an anionic surface active agent and a non-ionic surface active agent and excipients such as a moisturizer, a chelating agent, a preservative, a pH adjusting agent, a toner, a matte agent, and spice according to a certain proportion.
