The induction heating and deicing device consists of an electric energy conversion input module mounted in a hub or a cabin, an electromagnetic coil mounted in a blade cavity and a conductive coating which coats on the surface of the blade. When alternating-current power converted by the electric energy conversion input module passes through the electromagnetic coil, an alternating magnetic field within a certain range is generated, and the conductive coating within the range of the alternating magnetic field is heated, so that ice on the blade surface is removed and the blade surface is prevented from icing again. By virtue of the electromagnetic induction-heating mode, the conductive coating on the blade surface is heated, so that the energy consumption is small, the deicing efficiency is high, and a blade tissue temperature is not changed.
