The invention discloses an expressway pavement temperature inversion method and system fusing weather and traffic information, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the weather information and traffic information of a target expressway section, carrying out the time synchronization, space matching and preprocessing of multi-source data, and constructing an inversion input data set; feature extraction is carried out on the meteorological information, the road category information and the traffic time sequence information based on a multi-input branch neural network, comprehensive processing is carried out on a fusion layer, and a road surface temperature inversion model is established; introducing a physical loss function embedded with an energy balance constraint in a model training process to enhance the physical consistency of an inversion result; and performing inversion calculation on the road surface temperature of the target road section at the corresponding moment by using the trained model. The method can comprehensively consider the difference between the meteorological condition and the road operation environment, improves the accuracy and stability of road surface temperature inversion, and is suitable for highway road surface temperature monitoring and traffic safety guarantee.
