heating furnace. The energy-saving control method comprises the following steps that furnace door position detection equipment is added; the
heating furnace receives a
signal, the furnace door is lifted up and when the furnace door position detection equipment detects that the furnace door reaches a neutral open position, the furnace door stops an action and is in a semi-open state; when a support arm of a
discharge machine moves forwards to a set position, the furnace door starts to ascend, and when reaching the altitude limit, the furnace door stops and is in a full-open state; when moving forwards to the forwards limit, the support arm of the
discharge machine stops and starts to ascend to lift up a steel billet, and when reaching the altitude limit, the support arm of the discharge
machine stops; the support arm of the discharge machine supports out the steel billet and moves back and stops when reaching the back limit; the furnace door starts to be closed and stops at the
lower limit position, the support arm of the discharge machine descends and stops when continuously descending to the
lower limit position after the steel billet is placed well; the support arm of the discharge machine stops the action when moving back to the rear limit. The energy-saving control method has the advantages that steel discharge time and furnace door full-open time are shortened; the
atmosphere in the furnace can be controller better.
