The invention discloses a mobile multifunctional expressway intelligent inspection system, which comprises a movement system, an inspection system, a communication module, a data processing system, acentral control system and a power supply system, wherein the inspection system comprises an inspection control mainboard, a positioning module, a camera, a speed measurement module, a temperature sensor and an ice measurement sensor; the inspection control mainboard transmits measured information data to the data processing system through the communication module to be processed; and the data processing system transmits an image, a road surface temperature, a road surface icing analysis result and vehicle overspeed information obtained after the information data is processed to the central control system. By use of the system, road surface remaining objects, road surface diseases, road climatic conditions, road surface temperatures and road icing situations can be automatically detected in real time in an all-weather way.
