The method comprises the following steps: processing the weather forecast information ofa first future time period, historical road surface temperature observation information of a first past time period and historical road surface condition observation information of a second past timeperiod by using a pre-established road surface temperature prediction model according to acquired geographic information of a to-be-measured area, predicting to obtain road surface temperature prediction information in a second future time period, and then, obtaining road surface condition prediction information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the geographic environment, the weatherforecast information, the historical road surface temperature and the historical road surface condition are combined, the established road surface temperature prediction model is utilized to predictthe road surface temperature, and thus, the road surface temperature prediction information of the to-be-measured area can be accurately obtained. Furthermore, on the basis of obtaining the road surface temperature prediction information, the subsequent road surface condition is accurately predicted.
