system based on target material loss real-time monitoring, which comprises a target chamber, a fixed water-cooled back plate, a target
library, a modular target
assembly, a target material loss monitoring module, an automatic target changing execution mechanism, an ultrahigh
vacuum pumping system, a vacuum
isolation valve and a central
control system. The target material loss monitoring module is used to realize real-time monitoring of target material depletion. The modular target
assembly and the automatic target changing execution mechanism are used to realize
fully automatic target changing. The fixed water-cooled back plate is fixed and sealed without disassembly throughout the whole process. The whole
system adopts low-gas materials and full-
metal sealing. The vacuum is not damaged, the cooling is not interrupted, and there is no
radiation exposure during target changing. The present application realizes online monitoring of target material loss,
fully automatic target changing, fixed cooling, low-gas and ultrahigh vacuum stable operation, and solves problems such as
high radiation risk, low target changing efficiency, easy damage of vacuum and easy failure of cooling structure.
