The method is executed by the master controller, including initializing its own and the slave controller's hierarchical state machines, acquiring state change data from the first hierarchical state machine and sending it unidirectionally to the slave controller. When communication is interrupted, it continues to operate independently and stores state change data. After communication is restored, the stored data is resent according to a preset priority order. When local manual operation is detected, the physical operation is performed first, and then the latest state is synchronized. This method can avoid misoperation caused by asynchrony between the master and slave devices, improve the reliability of remote control of the high-pressure injector, and reduce the operator's occupational radiation exposure risk.
