Problems solved by technology

[0007] Infrared temperature measurement is a method of non-contact temperature measurement. The surface temperature is measured by measuring the infrared energy radiated by the object itself. It is widely used in production and processing, electric power, medicine, fire protection, etc., and greatly promotes From the perspective of the principle of the infrared thermal imager, it is feasible to use it to measure the surface temperature information of coal gangue, but it is impossible to obtain the spatial coordinate information, that is, the spatial position of each temperature point cannot be determined.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] A method for measuring the temperature field on the surface of a gangue hill with a close-range photogrammetry and an infrared thermal imager proposed by the present invention is described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments as follows:

[0028] The present invention proposes a method for measuring the temperature field on the surface of gangue hill with close-range photogrammetry and infrared thermal imager, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0029] 1) Division of coal gangue thermal infrared shooting areas and layout of marker points: conduct on-site surveys of coal gangue hills, determine the surface area and terrain characteristics of coal gangue hills, and arrange shooting positions; according to the pixel value, resolution and The distance between the shooting position and the coal gangue hill, the coal gangue is divided into several thermal infrared shooting areas, and each shooting area corresponds to an ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring a gangue dump surface temperature field through close-range photogrammetry and a thermal infrared imager and belongs to the fields of non-contact measurement technologies and environmental monitoring technologies. The method comprises the steps of dividing a gangue dump into a plurality of shooting regions, each shotting region corresponds to one image of the thermal infrared imager, and arranging four mark points in each shooting region, wherein the mark points are required to be located in an overlapping region of every adjacent images; arranging a shooting base station for the close-range photogrammetr and arranging 4-6 control points in the gangue dump; building 1-2 mapping base control points; using the thermal infrared imager to shoot infrared images of the gangue dump surface temperature; and using a camera to shoot gangue dump surface videos and using a total-station instrument to obtain space coordinate information of the mapping base control points and the gangue dump surface control points. The images and the videos are spliced and coordinates are converted and overlaid to obtain a gangue dump surface temperature field image. The temperature information and the space coordinate information of any point on the gangue dump surface are obtained from the surface temperature field image.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of non-contact measurement and environmental monitoring, and in particular relates to a method for measuring the surface temperature field of a gangue hill by a close-range photogrammetry and an infrared thermal imager. Background technique [0002] Spontaneously combusted coal gangue is very harmful to the environment and has great environmental risks. Therefore, the control of spontaneously combusted coal gangue has become a hot spot in current research. The key to the control of spontaneous combustion gangue is to find out the high temperature area and the ignition point, so as to take corresponding fire extinguishing and flame retardant countermeasures to achieve the purpose of treatment. [0003] Research on coal gangue dumps at home and abroad shows that the main characterization parameter of combustion is temperature. It can be seen that it is feasible to use temperature detection to determine the loc...
