Abstract

The invention provides a plasma small-hole welding method capable of forming more attractive welding passes and a plasma small-hole welding system. The welding system comprises an output circuit (31) making a pulse current with a set frequency (Ffr) flow between a plasma electrode (112) and a base metal (W); a small hole size detection part detecting the size of a small hole formed on the base metal (W); and a frequency calculation circuit (38) calculating the set frequency (Ffr) according to the size of the small hole detected by the small hole size detection part. By means of the above-mentioned technical scheme, the size of the small hole can be adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the pulse current. Therefore, more attractive welding passes can be formed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plasma hole welding (Plasmakey hole welding) system and a plasma hole welding method. Background technique [0002] In the plasma hole welding method, when welding the butt joint of the base metal such as I-shaped groove, the arc is generally restrained by the water-cooled nozzle and the plasma gas flow when the tungsten electrode is used as the cathode for discharge. In addition, the plasma keyhole welding method is welding in which a well-concentrated high-temperature plasma flow is generated, and the high-temperature plasma flow moves on the welding line while forming a small hole penetrating the base material at the tip of the molten pool. In this welding, the arc heat is directly supplied until it reaches the back surface, and the welding of the back surface can also be properly performed. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a plasma keyhole welding method. [0003] In stable welding in which welding is performed ...
