Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing the pre-leached material of camellia seed through a bulking process, comprising the steps of: (1) decorticating the camellia seed and drying till the moisture content is below 10% by using a dryer; (2) carrying out oil expression by adopting a cold pressing method or a hot pressing method, wherein the cold pressing method is recommended to use in the process and the oil content in the tea seed cake after being subjected to the oil expression is not more than 12%; (3) putting the tea seed cake after being subjected to the oil expression into a conditioning pot; (4) putting the conditioned pre-pressed cake into a long-screw bulking machine from a discharging hole at the third layer to carry out bulking; and (5) reducing the water content of the bulked pre-pressed cake to below 8% by using an air counterflow dryer, putting into a leaching workshop and carrying out leaching oil extraction. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the residual oil content in the camellia oil cake after leach is greatly reduced to below 1.2%; the solvent consumption is also reduced to about 3.5kg/ton of cake; and the camellia oil cake is qualified in the burning explosion experiment.
