Abstract

The invention provides a cellular communication method which comprises the steps that a network side device receives a service request from user equipment (UE); according to the service request, the network side device selects communication resources of two or more than two base stations for the UE, wherein at least two base stations have different communication systems; and the base stations conduct communications with the UE according to the communication resources. The invention further provides the network side device and the UE. Through the scheme, mobile communication systems can provide services for the UE simultaneously by providing the multiple base stations and / or the base stations with various communication systems. Besides, both the network side device and the UE can dynamically load adaptive access technology to enable a user to access different mobile communication systems at any time and any place, and meanwhile, the systems can be subjected to a dynamic adaptive adjustment according to existing resources of the network so as to provide the user with the service with a larger bandwidth and a higher rate.
