Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a recombinant human cell globin on preparation of a fatty liver medicament. Through building an alcoholic liver rat model, subcutaneous injection is carried out for treatment according to the dose of 3mg/Kg of rhCYGB. An experiment shows that a recombinant human cell globin medicament is non-toxic; and in comparison with a model control group, an rhCYGB treatment group is remarkably improved, fat droplets are obviously reduced, and hepatic cords are levelly arranged. A reduced glutathione treatment group still has obvious fatty degeneration, and liver cells are lightly swollen. The rhCYGB has better efficacy in the treatment of an alcoholic fatty liver than the reduced glutathione. The recombinant human cell globin has the advantages of low toxicity, safety and effectiveness on fatty livers, and especially the alcoholic fatty liver.
