Abstract

A slide sheet type squeezer is mainly composed of a machine body and a rotor. The machine body is provided with a feed inlet, a cylindrical mould cavity, guide rails, a squeezing chamber, screen cloth, a slag outlet and a juice outlet. The cylindrical rotor is arranged in the cylindrical mould cavity. The rotor is provided with a plurality of sliding chutes which are evenly distributed in the radial direction. A slide sheet is arranged in each sliding chute. Guide columns are arranged on two sides of each slide sheet and are embedded in the guide rails of the machine body. When the rotor rotates, the slide sheets rotate along the rotor and are guided by the guide rails to slide. When rotating to the feed inlet, the slide sheets enable materials to be squeezed to rotate into the cylindrical mould cavity and continually press the materials into the squeezing chamber. When the rotor rotates to a position where the rotor is about to leave the inlet of the squeezing chamber, the slide sheets slide to the end face so as to be aligned and leveled with the surface of a cylinder of the rotor, and therefore a circulation process that a slide sheet presses the materials for one time is realized.
