Abstract

The robot eletrospinning direct-clothing device consists of six parts, namely an eletrospinning robot, a robot controller, a electrostatic spinning device, a spinning model device, a tracking camera and a computer control device, wherein the computer control device is used for carrying out data processing and conversion according to information taken and transmitted by the tracking camera, transferring signals and controlling the robot controller; and the robot controller is used for commanding the eletrospinning robot to clamp the electrostatic spinning device and amending a command in combination of a feedback path, moves and acts according to the shape of a spinning model. Through comprehensive coordination control of each part, a spinning sprinkler head is vertically downward, and the device moves according to the practical path, so that direct clothing is carried out.
