The preparation method comprises steps of: first-level stirring: mixing the cement, the coal ash, the water, the emulsion, and calcium stearate according to a ratio, and stirring uniformly; second-level stirring: sequentially adding the fiber hair, the foam stabilizer, the water repellent, the calcium stearate and hydrogen peroxide into the size according to the ratio after first-level stirring, and stirring uniformly; carrying out injection molding, foaming and initial curing; demolding; cutting; and maintaining a finished product.
