The invention discloses a manufacture technology for a hatch coaming and a hatch cover. The manufacture technology mainly comprises steps of the positioning of the hatch coaming, the surplus cutting, welding, then the assembly of the hydraulic equipment, pipelines and the electrical equipment, and then the hoisting of the hatch cover, the installation and the final debugging; the hatch coaming and the hatch cover adopt the following steps that firstly the actual main deck line type of the position of a dock where the hatch cover is positioned is copied onto a platform, and then positioning, the accurate detecting and welding are carried out according to the shape and the height of the hatch coaming on the platform; then the hydraulic equipment, the pipelines and the electrical equipment are assembled, after that, the hatch cover is hoisted; and finally the whole manufactured hatch coaming and the hatch cover are hoisted in a hatch position for one time and to be fixedly connected with a boat. Through the technology, the hoisting frequency of a gantry crane is reduced during the hoisting process, the hoisting time is reduced, and the hoisting efficiency is improved; the construction on the platform enlarges the usable operating region, and simultaneously the construction is more convenient and securer.

Method for Treating Wood and Wood-Based Materials, and Wood and Wood-Based Materials Obtainable Therewith

The present application relates to a method for treating wood and wood-based materials for enhancing dimensional stability and surface properties and also for preventing cracking and extending durability. More specifically the invention for the treatment of wood and wood-based materials is directed to a method wherein the wood or wood-based material is subjected to a thermal treatment and the wood or wood-based material is at least partly impregnated with a melamine-containing resin. Subsequently the wood or wood-based material thus impregnated is cured with hot steam at not more than 125° C. preferably up to a maximum of 120° C. In a further aspect the present application includes the thermally treated wood or wood-based material, impregnated with melamine resin and cured, that is obtainable from the method of the invention. The present invention lastly provides for the use of melamine-containing resin for impregnating wood and wood-based materials which are or have been thermally modified, for the purpose of increasing the hardness and reducing the dimensional change through thermal modification. The material produced in accordance with the invention can be used as a substitute for teak.

The invention discloses a method in the technical field of shipping hoisting, in particular to a modification method of a large-scale crane ship based on a large-scale oil tanker with longer parallel middle body. The floating force is increased through assembling a modified ship bow and box-shaped floating bodies at the two sides of a ship body, and the modification of the large-scale crane ship is realized through replacing a main deck by a beamless flat deck, arranging a crane and reinforcing the interior of the ship body. The invention meets the requirement on controlling the floating state during the working of the large-scale crane ship, improves the total longitudinal strength of the shipping through the arrangement of a modified deck and a centerline bulkhead, and meets the requirement on local intensity through the design of a barrel-shaped honeycomb structure. Rapid dispensation of ballast water during working is realized through the optimized design of a ballast tank and the arrangement of a ballast water pump; the work performance and the control performance are improved through configuring an auxiliary machine, an anchoring machine, a winch and a bow thruster so as to realize that the large-scale oil tanker is modified into the large-scale crane ship on the basis of little modification, therefore, the time and the cost are saved; and the method has larger economic effect and finds a new way for developing old ships.

Cargo ship

A cargo vessel is provided to easily load long-cargos by moving a movable pillar and prevent loaded cargos from being fallen down by mounting the movable pillar after loading. A cargo vessel includes a plurality of supporting pillars(13) and a lifting deck(30). The pillars are perpendicularly mounted between peripheries of a side end of a hatch of an upper deck(5) and a side end of a hatch of a second deck(3). The lifting deck is arranged between the supporting pillar and a vessel frame(12) and is lifted between middle and upward positions. The supporting pillars are composed of fixed pillars(14) and movable pillars(15). The fixed and movable pillars are spaced apart from each other at a horizontal interval. The movable pillar has a lower end part inserted in a lower supporting frame formed at the periphery of the side end of the hatch of the second deck and an upper end part inserted in an upper supporting frame of the periphery of the side end of the hatch of the upper deck.
