Abstract

The invention makes comprehensive improvement on a vertical piece type gel electrophoresis cell and a use method of the vertical piece type gel electrophoresis cell, wherein six embodiments are used for embodying three different mechanisms for driving gel filling clamps and an upper buffer liquid groove to be abutted, and each mechanism has respective advantages; when only one piece of gel is electrophoresed in the electrophoresis cell, another U-shaped side opening of the upper buffer liquid groove does not need to be blocked; all the gel filling clamps are formed by rectangular side walls and flange cushion strips, but a U-shaped upper gap with a flat edge is formed for each gel filling clamp; two gel filling clamps can be filled with the gel in the electrophoresis cell, another two gel filling clamps can be used for forming the electrophoresis cell with any more gel filling clamps; and an improved cooling device does not need an exogenetic cooling agent. The invention provides multiple methods capable of guaranteeing no leakage in gel filling.
