A main module of the metagenomic calculation and analysis system on the basis of a GPGPU super computer comprises a GPGPU and multi-core CPU computer and a uniform software platform. The high-performance metagenomic data analysis system on the basis of the GPGPU and multi-core CPU hardware has the characteristics of (1) a high-performance parallel calculation and storage hardware system and (2) the high-performance uniform configurable software platform.
