The fluorine pyribenzoxim compound is O-[2,6-bis(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxygroup]benzoylphenyl(2-trifluoromethyl) formaldoxime, O-[2,6-bis(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxygroup]benzoylphenyl(3-trifluoromethyl) formaldoxime, or O-[2,6-bis(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxygroup]benzoylphenyl(4-trifluoromethyl) formaldoxime. The preparation method therefor uses trifluoromethyl-substituted formaldoxime and 2,6-bis(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl-2-oxygroup) benzoic acid as the raw materials. The fluorine pyribenzoxim compound can achieve a control effect over 94% on barnyard grass, junglerice, and paspalum distichum in the paddy field, brings high safety to rice plants, and is environmentally friendly and low-toxic.
