The granules comprise the following components in parts by weight: 7-10 parts of radix angelicae, 6-9 parts of honeysuckle, 5-9 parts of cocklebur fruit and 4-7 parts of flos magnoliae. The preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting volatile oil of radix angelicae and flos magnoliae, and collecting distilled aqueous liquor by another container; adding 10 times of water to distilled dregs, honeysuckle and cocklebur fruit to decoct for twice, for 2 hours and 1.5 hours, respectively; combining the decoction liquids, filtering, combining the water-decocted filtrate and distilled water collected by another container, concentrating to relative density of 1.25-1.30, adding moderate amount of saccharose powder, uniformly mixing to prepare granules; and spraying volatile oil of radix angelicae and flos magnoliae to the granules, and uniformly mixing to obtain the granules.
