The mast can deflect and rotate relative to the turntable, the two sides of the mast are respectively provided with a set of anti-deflection mechanisms, each set of anti-deflection mechanisms comprises an oil cylinder and a shaft lever, each oil cylinder is vertically arranged in the lateral direction of the mast, one end of each oil cylinder is connected to the mast, the shaft levers are arranged on the turntable and stretch out towards the other ends of the oil cylinders. When rock and soil exert transverse reacting force on the mast to enable the mast to have a tendency to rotate in drilling operation, the turntable exerts passive bearing reaction on the mast through the shaft levers to limit the mast to rotate. The anti-deflection device can guarantee that the mast cannot deflect when a rotary drilling rig drills a hole, and therefore it is guaranteed that drilling cannot deflect.
